THE TASK
To transform one entire floor in Meta’s large office space into and oversized colourful playground for the employee’s of the SMB department to get to know each other better and enjoy some time together.
To curate a selection of games, and fun engaging talking points that could be enjoyed within the space.
Looking after concept creation, design, event planning, production and management for the whole event to create a seamless experience for every employee.
THE EXPERIENCE
In a whimsical transformation, H&G Creations turned the offices of the Meta SMB department into a vibrant playground for big kids, igniting a sense of joy and camaraderie among the staff. Curating an array of games, fun activities, and upbeat music, we encouraged employees to embrace their inner child and rediscover the thrill of play. From friendly competitions to collaborative challenges, every interaction was infused with laughter and excitement as colleagues bonded and forged deeper connections. Amidst the lively atmosphere, barriers melted away, fostering a sense of unity and teamwork that extended far beyond the confines of the office. It was more than just a playful diversion—it was a transformative experience that brought the Meta SMB team closer together in a fun and engaging way.
